A hair consultation is a meeting with a stylist before an appointment to discuss your hair goals and determine how to achieve them. A consultation can help you

- Answer any questions you may have about services
We now offer various consultation options, including in-consultations and video. We value your questions and concerns and have dedicated time slots available for communication with our stylists.
How to set up Video Consultations:
- Please review and choose from the following consultation options.
Upon receipt of payment, the stylist will arrange a consultation appointment. Appointments are set at a specific time or anytime durations. For specific request the appointment will be set close to that time. For “anytime request” the appointment will be set for the next opening time during the day. Before closing time. All consultations are during salon hours.
- The salon offers consultations exclusively in-salon and video.
- The consultation will begin at the scheduled time. Please be ready to connect from the stylist. Any delays may reduce the length of your appointment. Please note, refunds are not available.
- The in-salon consultation will last for 15 minutes.
- Video consultation sessions can last anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.
- In conclusion, the stylist may schedule a same-day appointment, and the consultation fee will be applied to the appointment at checkout. Optionally, the stylist may schedule a future appointment; however, the consultation fee will not be applied to future appointments at checkout.

To schedule your appointment, please use the ‘Appointments’ button below. Consultations can be added for free with any scheduled hair service. If you wish to have a consultation without a hair service, a fee of $10 will apply.
During the consultation we will discuss:
- Analyze The condition of your scalp and hair
- Discuss your lifestyle and haircare routine
- Give recommendations on product and services
- Answer questions you may have
- Help you select the best services
- For color services, it is recommended to analyze the hair and scalp condition before choosing any color options in the salon. Highlights and full color changes, in particular, should be assessed in person. All consultation options can be discussed, but guarantees cannot be made over the phone or through text.

2. Video consultations:
Efficient communication with a stylist is possible without having to visit the salon. Rather than sending texts randomly or calling hoping for a reply, consider scheduling a video consultation to share information, dedicated time to communicate. Consultations using zoom are set up after prepayment using payment link.
During the video consultation we will discuss
- The condition of your hair and scalp
- Send pictures of the hairstyles and of your own hair for a hair analysis. Please send clear pictures of your hair.
- Lifestyle, hair care routines, products and treatments.
- Discuss services, pricing and time estimates
- Same day appointments and Future appointments can be made.
