Aspiring Beauty Salon provides a personalized one-on-one experience, and to guarantee a delightful and tranquil visit, clients should be aware of certain requirements.
Familiarity with the salon policy is expected at the time of your appointment, and ignorance of it does not exempt you from any fees outlined within.
The policy is available on the website and displayed in the salon, accessible at any time.

1* DIRECTIONS: Aspiring Beauty Salon is located at 8201 Arrowridge Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28273, Suites #113. Enter the front lobby and turn right, followed by a left; you will find the salon at the end of the hall. For a map and directions search on MapQuest. To avoid getting lost around the building, follow these directions closely as we do not have a directory at the moment.
2* COMMUNICATION: We are now offering In-salon, text consultations, and phone consultations. Have questions personalize your answers with scheduled consultations. Set up consultation and pay consultation fee. The stylist will schedule and confirm appointment. You will receive a call or text at the confirmed time. Only stylist can confirm consultation request. Be ready for appointment
3* APPOINTMENTS: All appointments are scheduled on the booking app. We do not accept walk-ins. Join the waitlist for same day appointment request depending on availability. Clients are responsible for booking their appointments and are encouraged to schedule subsequent visits in advance prior to leaving the salon. Each service is detailed with a description, duration, and price—please review these before booking the appropriate service(s). We offer only the listed services; if it’s not listed, it’s not available. You are welcome to set up a consultation anytime. Last-minute alterations can affect the schedule and prolong the service time. If the service time increases due to changes not communicated beforehand and you wish to maintain the original appointment duration, an additional fee may apply. Rescheduling to the next available time slot on the same or another day will not incur extra charges. Confirmation of all appointments is required via email, text, or both. When visiting the salon, please ensure you have a confirmed appointment and arrive unaccompanied, as only clients receiving services will be allowed entry. Unexpected visits are subject to an inconvenience fee.
To book an appointment, please create a profile and select the desired service(s), and confirm your booking. You will receive a reminder via text/email before each appointment. Appointments are open to individuals 10 years and older. We serve both men and women. Clients with disabilities must be accompanied by a responsible caretaker and inform stylist through text or Square messaging of any special accommodations needed.
4* Same-Day Appointments: Join the waitlist Appointments will be scheduled within 30 minutes to 1 hour of the request or at end of the day, but only during salon operating hours. To request, navigate to the menu on the homepage, click on ‘Appointments’, view the schedule, and select the next available slot or book through your client profile. Click waitlist and submit a request. The stylist will confirm the appointment for the next opening.
5*CLIENT PROFILE: Create a client profile to book appointments, view past appointments, services, pricing, availability, and to reschedule or cancel appointments. View salon hours, map, and message through Square. All messages thru square will be address on the next scheduled appointment. For sooner response set up a consultation. All salon information can be accessed in your client profile or on the website.
6* RE-SCHEDULE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT’S:
*Cancel Your Appointment: You may cancel your appointment 1 hour before the scheduled time at no charge. Upon receiving a reminder text, you will be prompted to confirm whether you will keep your appointment or if you wish to reschedule or cancel. Please select the appropriate option. Access your client profile and choose the reschedule/cancel option. An inconvenience fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule at the time of your appointment, as it prevents others from booking that slot. This salon operates strictly on an appointment basis.
*Reschedule: If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please request to reschedule for the next available opening or for another day, free of charge. To avoid a late fee, same-day appointments may be available. Use your client profile to reschedule any appointments.
7* NO show policy: No-show appointments deprive other clients of the opportunity to book that time slot. It is unacceptable you will be blocked from future booking access.
8* Clients responsibilities:
*Schedule appointments, Please ensure to read the service descriptions thoroughly and select only the services you intend to use. Services are allocated specific times; any changes made during the appointment could result in overbooking, which is inconvenient. Take the necessary time to read the details before booking.
*We don’t include hair. Bring hair and accessories to the appointment. For hair purchases, Mayvenn Hair offers a variety of bundles, closures, frontals, clip-ins, and wigs. Alternatively, My Beauty Supply on Tyvola Rd. has a wide range of products for your appointment needs. Assistance is available in-store if required. Please be aware that the stylist might not be available to assist with shopping during your appointment. Stylist will only install the items you bring. To avoid a $20 convenience fee for not having the required items, which would necessitate Theresa’s assistance at the supply store, please prepare in advance.
*Set up Consultations when you have questions and concerns. Join waitlist for same day appointments.
9* Deposits: No deposit required to book appointments. Only clients who have been frequently late will be required to leave a card on file.
10* Inconvenience Fee: A charge of $20 will be applied for any of the listed inconveniences that disrupt the flow of the salon.
A. Canceling or rescheduling appointments following the one-hour reminder, or at the appointment’s scheduled time, eliminates an opportunity for others who may want to book that slot.

C. Frequent tardiness will result in an additional fee on top of the standard late charge. Please be aware of your schedule and reschedule ahead of time if you anticipate being late. To prevent any inconvenience and additional late fees, same-day appointments might be an option.
D. Rushing appointments before they are complete is considered disruptive behavior. All services are scheduled with specific timings, and details can be found in your client profile. The confirmation link for the appointment also indicates the scheduled end time. Any form of rudeness or disrespect will not be tolerated.
E. Will be charged to delayed payments. Payment is due before you leave salon.
11* PAYMENTS:
Cash payments are accepted.
A $4.00 processing fee applies to debit/credit card transactions. apple pay, tap & pay,
Cash App payments must be paid upfront to verify payment. Cash payments need to be counted to be sure you can cover the service.
All square or cash payments can be made at the end of the appointment. No one is allowed to leave the salon without paying No exceptions. Always have an alternative payment or bring cash. Payment will always be discussed before the start of the appointment that’s the time to check your funds, Refunds are not offered.
Payment is due before Anyone trying to scam payment or default on payments will be taken to small claims court Aspiring Beauty Salon. Payment is due at the conclusion of service No exceptions for non- payment. If for any reason the payment isn’t made and you have failed to rectify the situation.
Be sure to check the cost of your services, payment processor and accounts before the appointment starts.
12* LATE POLICY:
A* 15-minute grace period is provided. A late fee of $15 is applied after 15 minutes,
B* 20 minutes the appointment is canceled.
C* Arriving to the salon 20nmins late for a hair appointment is an inconvenience to the salon schedule and is not permitted. Subject to inconvenience fee.
D* There is no need to call, your late, reschedule the appointment. This salon operates on an appointment-only basis. To avoid late fees, please reschedule or cancel in advance if you anticipate being late. You will not be serviced.
13* PETS: No pets are allowed at any time.
14* Disclosure:
*All issues must be reported within 48 hours. Clients must return to the salon for repair, and the stylist will document the occurrence. The salon must document all occurrences. Aspiring Beauty Salon is not liable for occurrences or damages that are not documented within 48 hours.
*Hairstyles may be redone within 48 hours at no additional cost. In extreme cases, notify the salon with a message and pictures, and seek medical attention if necessary. Return to the salon for further evaluation. We appreciate your business and are thankful that you selected Aspiring Beauty Salon for your beauty needs.

Can I reschedule?
Certainly! If you give us at least 1 hour notice, you can change your date up to two times without incurring any extra charges.

No problem, canceling is simple. Go to client profile or appointment link and cancel.
How is payment handled?
Payment is requested upon completion of each service. Accepted methods include cash, debit or credit cards, Cash App, tap to pay, and Apple Pay. A deposit is required for clients who do not show up or are frequently late.
